In order to increase the quality of passport offices around the country, the number of offices was reduced. To explain the thought process behind the decision, the client wanted a film to illustrate this in a simple and easy-to-understand way. The film took on a visual style of colorful shapes, based on the color profile of the client, and simple lines to indicate characters and locations.
